Industrial Vortex Flow Meter for Steam, Gas and Liquid

The HHD Vortex Flow Meter is designed for reliable flow measurement of steam, gas and liquid in industrial pipelines. With a robust stainless-steel structure, wide diameter range and multiple signal-output options, it is suitable for process monitoring, energy metering and industrial automation systems.

Available pipe sizes range from DN15 to DN300 and larger customized diameters, covering both small process lines and large industrial pipelines. The standard pressure rating is 1.6 MPa, while higher pressure versions can be customized according to project requirements.

Different temperature versions are available for media from -20°C to 250°C and high-temperature applications from 250°C to 350°C. The meter body is manufactured in SS304, with SS316L available as an option for applications requiring higher corrosion resistance.

Depending on the selected configuration, the flow meter can provide pulse, 4-20 mA, RS485 or HART output, allowing easy connection to PLC, DCS, SCADA, flow totalizers and other industrial control systems.
